Good Nutrition Will Get You Slim

Changing your food (and drink) habits will lead to a healthier, happier you.

 You need to:

 eat 5 fruit and veg a day,

 drink at least 1L of water a day,

 eat reasonable portions of food,

snack on naturally sweet food like fruit,

get to know your ingredients,

enjoy eating!
